Caswell's – Mom's is a service organization: we currently provide the expatriate community in Indonesia (primarily US, Australian and European) with foods from home and hard to find items that they desire on a periodic basis. We provide quality products at maximum convenience to the consumer. We provide a delivery service, accept telephone, fax, e-mail and World Wide Web orders, sell by cash, credit card, and telegraphic transfer, and continuously survey our customers for ideas for products they would like us to obtain for them.
We are not a supermarket and do not carry a full line of groceries, but do provide a shopping service for those who require items beyond our ability to stock. We are not generally direct importers of meats, instead preferring to deal through and with existing importers. We are also not a catering/contract feeding company providing one-stop services to industrial accounts.
